Venue
Set in a 19th century renovated farmhouse this is a charming & peaceful retreat to restore, renew, recharge & heal as you disconnect from the outer world & reconnect within. Immersed in the diverse nature of the region where the sun is strong, the coastline wild & the sea is crystal clear.
Location
Just 10mins from Lecce & 20mins from the most beautiful beaches on the Ionic and Adriatic Seas. Surrounded by nature & silence, the only sounds you can hear are the wind, the chirping of birds & the sound of crickets.
Accommodation
Cozy & comfortable rooms, available as single, double or triple with private or shared bathroom. If you are planning to come alone, you can still share a room: we will find you a roommate!
Food
We will be enjoying two delicious vegan meals each day, a brunch & dinner. One dinner is not included, when we shall venture out into Lecce.
Yoga
We will practice twice a day, with daily meditation, an inversion workshop, and much more. This retreat is aimed at all levels including beginners.

- €20 to pay in cash to the centre for insurance
***Super cheap flights can be got from Ryanair for under £100 to Brindisi or Bari.

Deposit
A 30% deposit of the package is required to confirm your space. This can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer or cash. Deposit is refundable up until one month prior to the date of the retreat. The remaining balance can be paid in advance or in cash on arrival.
